Statement regarding sharing of private information provided by you to Abbott Business Networks.

ABN is not in the business of collecting and using customer information for any purpose other than serving that customer.

1. Any information that you provide to ABN is considered confidential, and it is never shared with anyone outside of our two organizations without your express permission.

2. Information may be shared within the ABN organization to the extent that such sharing is required to accomplish a work product for you, our client. To the extent that information provided by you to ABN is sensitive, such as login credentials or security keys or certificates, such information is stored in encrypted data stores to which the only access available is ABN and its personnel.

3. If information is shared outside of ABN, it is only for the express purpose of delivering a service to you, the client, and only after you have designated ABN as your agent to the third party. Any such information is governed by the privacy policy of the third party, to which you, our client, has agreed in advance.

4. Under no circumstances does ABN ever sell, convey, trade, post, distribute, or otherwise disclose information provided by our clients for any purpose other than delivering a service that requires said information.
